Brightshotz is a family owned business.

Emma Harris studied Art and Photography at the South East College of Art in 1990 and then in West Glamorgan in 1992 gaining a BTEC and an HND

She then moved to Warwickshire to get married and was a Artist and photographer until the birth of her daughter. As a young mother and Photographer, Emma felt that most of the existing Photography companies and Independant Photographers were selling their customers short. She could see some other photographers/and or Photographic companies were over charging customers then ambushing them at the sitting with over priced products customers felt obliged to buy. Or packing too many customers in, so giving poor service and products. Either way it wasn't fair. That's why Emma set up "Brightshotz". Initially she worked from home in her studio.But her real interest has alwyas lay  in location work-mainly working with Dance companies on their annual shows.

After 24th Dec 07 Emma decided to close her studio so she could concentrate on her location work as it was far out stretching the studio work. Plus it frees Emma up on weekends to spend more time with her family( which is the most important thing).

There are also no pressurised sales, and you will be able to peruse your photographs on our website in your own time for long distance Shoots. This will be extremely useful if you have long distance friends and relatives who you would like to view the pictures in a secure environment.

For Local Dance companies we bring a set of proofs on exhibition boards to the venue for customers to choose on the show night. 

All of our photos come in the standard sizes, with the option of upgrading to whatever size you require. Plus we also offer Bespoke made frames and stylish individual mounts,made locally.See our Gallery section click on

Our keepsake range is very original and all handmade and/or personalised with photos and messages. You will never find 2 of these the same!
